Precipitation Analysis: Any precipitates formed are analyzed to identify their chemical composition
Coreflood Experiments: Best water mixture or real Injection water is flowed through representative reservoir core samples under simulated reservoir conditions (temperature, pressure), to measure the permeability changes, pressure drop across the core, and effluent water analysis (ion concentration, suspended solids) are monitored.
